Cozy apartment with kitchen, open space living room and balcony, bedroom 1 (double bed and single sofa bed), bedroom 2 (2 single beds) and bathroom with shower.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift and is able to accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people.

It is equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning in all rooms. It has all the essentials for a comfortable stay such as: towels, extra blankets, hair dryer, kitchen utensils (pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc), microwave, oven, washing machine, moka, smart TV 43 '', wardropes, single sofa bed (in the bedroom 1) and sofa in the living room.

The cleaning of the apartment will be performed at the end of the stay and is included in the price. For long-term stays, the rooms are cleaned and linens are changed once a week.

Near the apartment there is a small train station (Pavia Porta Garibaldi). From the main train station of Pavia it is possible to take the train that stops at Pavia Porta Garibaldi (5 minutes journey). The apartment can also be reached by bus number 3 (direction Montebolone, Partigiani / Venice stop) which can be taken just outside the train station.

Quiet neighborhood, just behind the Spanish walls. Possibility of free parking on the street.

Perfect location to reach the historic center and its main attractions on foot.
