The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building WITHOUT ELEVATOR and is able to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people.

It is equipped with air conditioning. It has all the essentials for a comfortable stay such as: towels, extra blankets, hair dryer, kitchen utensils (pots, plates, cutlery, etc), microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, moka, smart TV 43 '', very spacious cabinets, sofa and WI-FI.

The cleaning of the apartment will be performed at the end of the stay and is included in the price. For long-term stays, the rooms are cleaned and linens are changed once a week.

The train station is a 15 minutes walk away.

Quiet neighborhood away from the chaos of the city center. A few meters away there is a large free public car park (behind the ASL). The apartment is located in a pretty street on which you can find some bars, restaurants / pizzerias, butchers and hairdressers.

On foot, with a comfortable walk, you can reach the Visconteo Castle in 4 minutes, the historic center with its main attractions in 9 minutes and the entrance of the San Matteo hospital in 9 minutes.

By car, the Certosa di Pavia can be easily reached in 10 minutes.

By train, Milan can be reached in just 20-30 minutes.
